Privacy notice

This notice covers this website only. Each of our products, including Jerrie and Gennie, has its own privacy notice on its own site.

Who we are

This website is run by Nellie Connect Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales with company number 17029298. Our registered office is 5th Floor, 167-169 Great Portland Street, London W1W 5PF. We are the controller of the information described here. You can reach us at hello@nellieconnect.com.

What we collect

We only collect what you choose to send through the contact form: your name, email address, company if you give one, the topic you pick and your message.

This site sets no cookies and uses no tracking or advertising tools. Our fonts are served by Google Fonts, so Google receives your device's IP address when a page loads, as it does for any site that uses them.

Why we use it

We use your message to reply to you and, if you ask, to talk about working together. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in answering enquiries, or taking steps you have asked for before entering a contract.

We never sell your information or add you to a mailing list.

Where it is kept

The site is hosted by Netlify, which stores form messages and forwards them to our inbox. Netlify may process information outside the UK, under safeguards recognised by UK data protection law.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for up to two years, then delete them, unless they become part of a contract we need to keep records for.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email hello@nellieconnect.com and we will respond within one month.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
