The challenge
Agencies run on a patchwork: project boards, studio calendars, timesheets, spreadsheets, file storage and accounts. Each one holds part of the picture, and none of them talk to each other. Finding out who’s free, how a job is going or what’s left to invoice means chasing people and copying numbers from one place to another. OC Agency, a creative agency in London, had the same problem.
The idea
Bring it all into one place. Prism+ connects projects, studio planning, timesheets, clients and finance, so everyone works from the same live picture. It’s our own product, designed and built by us, and OC is the first agency to run on it.
The outcome
Day-to-day life at OC is simpler. Staff can see what they’re booked on and log their time in one place. Managers can see how every job is going. Finance can see what each job has earned against what’s been invoiced. There’s less chasing and there are fewer spreadsheets. Prism+ is rolling out across the team now, and it gave us our name.
